We designed the Xencelabs drivers with the same attention-to-detail as our other tools. As a result, our hardware and software work together to create a natural drawing experience.
To start using your Pen and Tablet, select your operating system, and click download. This will start the download process for the driver. Once downloaded, you can click on the driver in your download folder to start the installation process. Once the driver is installed, you will be given a walk-through of the Settings Panel, and you can begin using your Pen and Tablet.

Select between Mac OS, Windows, or Linux to download the right driver for your operating system.
When you have found your driver, click download to begin downloading the Driver to your computer.
After your download is complete, run the driver installer, start the setup wizard, and begin using your new tablet.

Once you have landed on the driver download page, you will need to select the driver that matches your operating system, and then select yellow Download.

What versions of macOS does your driver support?
The Xencelabs driver supports macOS 12 and newer.
What versions of Windows is your Xencelabs driver compatible with?
The Xencelabs driver supports Windows 7/10/11.
What versions of Linux operating systems is your Xencelabs driver compatible with?

Do I need to have an Administrator account to install the Xencelabs driver?
Yes, you will need to have or have access to the Administrator (Admin) account password.
Once I install the Xencelabs driver on my Mac will other user accounts be able to use the Xencelabs Pen Tablet or Quick Keys?
Yes, once the Xencelabs driver is installed on your Mac, other user accounts will be able to use Pen Tablet and Quick Keys and set up custom settings in the Settings panel.
Once I install the Xencelabs driver on my Windows computer, will other user accounts be able to use the Xencelabs Pen Tablet or Quick Keys?

Can I change the language in the Settings panel?
No, the language that is used in the Settings panel is set from the language that is selected for your operating system.
I’m a Mac user, and I would like to use a different keyboard than the QWERTY. Is that possible?
