With over 22 years of experience in the animation and visual development industry, Fabio has contributed to projects for Pixar Animation Studios, Netflix Animation, Supercell, and THU. As the founder and Creative Director of DAMN! Visdev, he leads a world-class team creating 3D-first visual development, stylized lookdev, and cinematic storytelling for global clients. Fabio is also a two-time RenderMan Challenge winner and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of artists — guiding them through both the creative and business sides of the industry.
