Xencelabs Welcomes Camila Reis as Artist Spotlight for June!
Camila Reis is a portuguese Artist working in animation, currently living in Lisbon, Portugal. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts - Animation from the Faculty of Fine Arts Lisbon.
She has experience in 2D animation (traditional and digital), character design, visual development, illustration, background design and storytelling.
Camila was born on Madeira Island and since a very young age she was always passionate about creating stories and developing her own characters and illustrations for said stories.
As a child she always loved watching the behind the scenes of animated movies and those made her want to pursue a career in animation.
When not working for clients, she loves to develop her original project DRYADS, creating illustrations and animations together with her partner and sharing them online to millions of viewers.
