Before starting his own studio Fun Ideas, where he does content creation, product design and development, Freddy was the Vice President/Creative Director of Toys and 3D, overseeing toys creatively across ViacomCBS Media Networks. He worked on brands like Spongebob Square Pants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Blue's Clues and You, Star Trek and many more.

Carlos Mendoza III is a highly experienced conceptual illustrator and product designer with over 19 years in the toy and product development industry. His dedication to toy design, fantasy art, and character development has enabled him to stay at the forefront of design trends and pop culture.

Throughout his career, Carlos has successfully led design and development teams for a diverse range of prominent brands, including Star Wars, Disney, Marvel, DC, Subway Surfers, Killer Klowns, and Nickelodeon's iconic brand, SpongeBob SquarePants.

Carlos recently founded RED RAVEN STUDIOS. His team specializes in toy design, animatronics, consumer products, developing new intellectual properties, audio composition and voice-over projects. His innovative vision continues to shape the future of play and storytelling in the industry.
