Xencelabs welcomes Dave Simon as Artist Spotlight for September!
Dave is a multitalented artist and designer. He loves everything to do with art, design, and the creative process. For over a year now, Dave has been working as a full-time concept designer in the themed entertainment industry in Orlando, Florida.
Dave graduated from Utah Valley University in 2024 as part of the lead cohort of Entertainment Design majors. During which he developed his own IP and world building project "Ember Shores".
Dave is also passionate about education. He spent 6 years as an art instructor for local youth at the University of Utah and became a pillar of the Salt Lake art community. Helping Utah's aspiring youth artists achieve their goals and navigate the industry as young professionals.
Dave is excited for what the future of the entertainment industry holds and is eager to be a part of it.
