The Channel Sales Manager works with the Head of Global Sales, and mainly develops channels in Northern Europe or Southern Europe. We are seeking for individuals who can act with great importance on teamwork globally. This includes working cross-functionally with internal departments, clients, and partners. Xencelabs is still a relatively small company but works globally. Meetings are frequently held with colleagues from other regions of the globe.
Define and implement go-to-market strategies and pricing policies across Northern/Southern Europe in accordance with the company's overall online and offline sales and channel strategy.
Develop strong relationships with channel partners by properly knowing their needs and expectations and coordinating strategic goals.
Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key partners, as well as implement and manage a distributor channel network in the region.
Provide precise and accurate sales projections
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design regional launch plans and individual channel programs that enhance shelf space and drive sell-out
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
Provide internal and external stakeholders with timely and accurate reports on strategic progress and projections.
Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and team events as required.
Perform other duties as assigned
Xencelabs is a global company. You must be able to work and communicate successfully with team members from different countries and cultures.
Familiarity with creative applications, pen technology, and workflows used by digital artists.
Experience in IT related industry.
Ability to speak, read and write English.
Additional languages are a benefit
+5 years of channel business related experience.
PC proficiency: MS Office
Out of the box, creative thinker. Interested in new technologies, trends.
A proven track record of success in the sales cycle from planning to closer.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Travel to local based business trip to meet with specific customers and events.
