At Xencelabs, we strive to provide reliable and cost-effective shipping options for your orders. All products are shipped from our warehouses in the USA, Canada, or China, depending on availability and location.

Order Processing Time

All orders require 24–72 working hours for processing before shipment. While we partner with premium carriers, we do not offer same-day shipping or guaranteed overnight/2-day delivery.

Shipping Time Estimates

● Local Warehouse (US/CA): Most orders arrive within 3–12 business days.

● CN Warehouse: Some shipments may take 7–15 business days due to international transit.

Shipping Costs

● Free shipping on orders $50+.

● We charge $8.99 for shipping on orders below $50.

Shipping Methods

● UPS, DHL & FedEx (USA/Canada):

○ Delivery in 2–15 business days.

○ Full tracking from warehouse to doorstep.

● Canada Post (Canada only):

○ Delivery in 5–30 business days.

○ Trackable service (used for select shipments).

Taxes & Duties

You are responsible for any applicable sales, import duties, or taxes based on your location. Estimated taxes are shown at checkout, but final charges may vary per local regulations.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Original shipping costs cover carrier services and will not be refunded, even if the order is returned.

Important Notes

● We only ship to countries/regions listed on our Order page.

● PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses are not supported.

● Deliveries may be delayed on weekends or holidays.
