Non-artist recommend this as well.

I’ve heard nothing but great things about this QuickKeys. Even after I’ve owned it, I’ve seen tech videos of non-artist recommending the QuickKeys.

A really good product that could be spectacular with a few tweaks

Everything about the unboxing and presentation of this project exudes quality. It's a well-constructed piece of hardware that fills a market niche beyond helping artists. I came upon it while comparing macro keyboards and alternative input options to speed up operations over the keyboard. Some inputs, in particular, lend themselves better to wheel input like page scrolling, video scrubbing, volume, brush size, etc. Clustering a bunch of self-labeling app controls under one hand can be an efficiency booster. I intend to keep this to the left of my keyboard in a similar way to my mouse on the right. Here are my suggestions for a v2.0 of the product:
1. Give the macro buttons a satisfying click with more travel. Please fidgeters and tactile enthusiasts everywhere.
2. When macros are disabled, just blank the label instead of putting "Disable" on the OLED.
3. Make the button in the middle of the wheel a programmable input and switch the wheel setting via 4 dedicated buttons just below/next to it. That way you can go straight to the wheel mode you want without going in a cycle.
4. Increase the resolution or speed of the wheel and make acceleration an option as you keep moving it. I cranked it to max but it doesn't go quite as fast as I'd like for a browser or text terminal scroll.

Not as functional as it appears

photoshop. The description mentioned it has a prebuilt app for photoshop. I was expecting to just hit a button for blue, and dial in the blue. Press a button for red and dial in the red. Same for brightness, contrast, and all that. It doesn't do any of that... If I'm wrong, someone please correct me. If I can make this work the way I want it to, then it'll be the best thing since sliced bread!

The built-in preset for PS is very basic and gives you a starting base to add other Adobe PS custom settings. You can even remove the ones that are there and add your own.
The presets truly give someone unsure where to start a starting place.
In PS you can access the Keyboard Shortcut menu to set up many PS functions to be used with the Quick Kyes Dial and Buttons. When you add your custom settings to the Dial or Button on the Quick Keys, it will either need to be selected from the drop-down menu, or it will need to be a keystroke that you can perform on the Keyboard. The Quick Keys is truly a game-changer.
