We are moving into fall, and I do not know about the rest of you, but we’re excited to see the explosion of fall colors and to celebrate the spooky season! Talk about a perfect muse.

What is it, and how can I benefit from using it?
Mouse mode can be helpful when your Pen Tablet pulls double duty as a mouse replacement, and you need a super steady cursor to get the “double-arrows” in Excel to widen a column. There are many other uses for mouse mode, and some customers, just like using mouse mode.

What is it, and how to add to my everyday toolkit?
Click Lock is a tool tucked away in the Settings panel under Mouse clicks. If you do a lot of copying or cutting and pasting text, it can help increase your workflow. It is a function that can be added to a button on your pen, Tablet, or Quick Keys to activate and long press that allows you to highlight a block of text.
It works best when you set up a button to perform the Copy command also. Click on this FAQ link, and we’ll walk you through how to set that up.

Can I customize the buttons at the top of my Pen Tablet?
Yes, you can. They come preset to help you navigate the Pen Tablet Settings panel. If you are new to using our Pen Tablet, we suggest you do not change them for the first couple of weeks until you become comfortable navigating the Settings panel. See this FAQ page for more information.
Make sure your operating system is current and has all the updates applied. This goes for both the Mac and Windows folks. It is easy to check and fixes a lot of issues that are driver related.
Mac users: Click on the Apple in the upper left corner, select About this Mac, and click on Updates. If you have updates available, they will be listed there.
Windows users: In the Windows search window, type in Windows Updates and select the Windows Updates utility displayed on the right-hand side. Click on Check for Updates and let that run. If you have updates, my suggestion is to install any that are there and stay updated and current.
